What the service may process
Depending on the approved deployment, Mail2Go may process account identifiers, student or staff contact details, parcel tracking information, storage records, notifications and handover audit events.
Purpose and access
Data should be used only to operate parcel registration, readiness notifications, collection and support. Access should be limited by role and centre scope.
Owner review required
The service owner must approve the legal basis, retention periods, data-subject requests, processor terms, incident contacts and deletion procedure before real student data is used.
